Years 5 and 6 enjoyed creating harvest greetings cards and posies of seasonal flowers to give to the elderly and those in need following last Sunday's Harvest Festival. The children visited over forty households in the village and I think they enjoyed it just as much as those who were visited!

It was wonderful to have a number of children involved in the parish Harvest Festival, leading our readings and processing with the cross and candles at the beginning and end of the service.  We loved seeing so many school families in church, taking part and enjoying time together over the fantastic bring and share lunch which followed the service. A big 'thank you' to all those who generously donated items to Stamford Food Bank.
