The End of a Busy Half Term
School closes for half term today
It has been a busy term with lots of fun learning activities for everyone to enjoy. This week the Foundation Stage and KS1 enjoyed a teddy bears' picnic in the sunshine. On Tuesday, Mr Webber-Jones and Dr Baldwin visited Years 5 and 6 to talk about the history of the fens: how the landscape has changed and how it might be in the future. The class will visit the Spalding Gentlemen's Society Museum in November to learn more. Meanwhile on Tuesday afternoon, KS1 had a Friendship and Emotions Workshop led by Neil Bontoft of the Lincolnshire Stay Safe Partnership.
Thank you to all the parents who came to visit their children's teachers at the beginning of the week; we hope you found Parents' Evening informative. We are now ready for a break and hope that everyone will return to school refreshed on Monday 31st October.
